ohhh, they look wonderful.  i wouldn't put anything on them; would just fill them to different levels with different stuff - marbles, buttons, beads, coloured sand, pasta - whatever

Sunday I planted some daisies in them. I but them down a bit and pout daisies in them. I hope they bloom!

Very pretty!  How did you remove the labels?

Ok... in addition to the votives....
Put little squares of different colored tissue paper all over the outside and then mod podge over it. Then when u pit in the votives, it'll look all cool.
Just a though...

My daisies are coming along BEAUTIFULLY! I am so happy! I have never really had a green thumb. Except with those pansies but they don't die.

So anyways when they really start blooming I will post more pictures.

Those look great.  Did you tack them down to anything?  It looks like they're on the upper ledge of your window, but it seems like they'd fall down when you open and close it.

I don't open those windows. I have another one across the room. I open it. I also get cold so easily that I really never open windows. They are held there with duct tape though.

I have never seen votives narrow enough to fit into the Garnier bottles, but I was thinking that we could drill holes on either side of the container and hang them in a group with wire/beads.  One would be cute hanging over a doorknob with flowers inside.

in iowa somewhere there's this house i see sometimes and the lady has milk gallon jubs and puts xmas lights in the top and they glow... pretty at night. you should do something like that... maybe. or the little candle idea...

if you do wanna modge podge on tissue paper, you might wanna start with non green bottles...

very pretty!
