Hallumoi, cous cous, peppers in a tomato sauce & salad - yum

roasted red peppers, Field Roast eggplant Italian sausage, Italian bread, and eggplant baked in a garlic tomato sauce. mmm!

i had cheese pizza with garlic sauce for dipping. yum!

french fries and salad. i figure the salad cancels out the french fries right? : )

eggplant parmesan and salad.  A little hot here to be baking, but the eggplant needed to be eaten!
