OH! The Chick'n Nuggets! Everytime we go grocery shopping I HAVE to get those (need to try it with wing sauce)

Having the Morning star ribs tonight on a sandwich with avacado...very delicious.

Reminds me of  a pulled pork sandwich

Dinner today was tofu in Nando's sweet and sticky sauce in wraps with various salads and dips and dressings!

Yum, shepherds pie is lovely.  Great autumn food.

We had squash, carrots, peppers, peas & quorn chunks in a tomato & harrisa sauce with cous cous.

The weather is cold & miserable today in Scotland, so tonight is a swede (rutabaga?) and cauliflower curry to help warm us up!  Cheesy

Fighting a cold, so it's miso soup, and honey lemon ginger tea.
