Pasta for me, this is my favourite easy meal at the moment and I cook it a few times a week.
A tin of pesto style tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, wine, worcestershire sauce, tobasco, grated zuccini, baby spinich, onion, garlic, brocolli, olives and parmesean cheese on vege pasta.

yumyumyummmm.

Its a cajun thing. Basically rice with peppers, onions, celery etc. My grandma makes it with giblets (much the same as one would make giblet gravy), but I just make a sort of roux to make it veggie. Basically it's just rice with yummy stuff in it, plus the gravy which makes it brown (thus the 'dirty' part).

I had mac 'n cheese, and morning star chick'n nuggets coated in wing sauce. Totally boxed/processed but was good!
