Since my partner, Melyssa_Marie, mentioned she was having some technical difficulties a few days ago, I thought I'd help out and post up the pics of the cases I sent her (and she received):

Dia de los Muertos sugar skull pillowcases! Mel had about a dozen sugar skull-designed items on her Wist, so I thought she needed a set of sweet pillowcase. (Yes, bad pun). 

I added some sequin for sparkle (64 to be exact) and had fun playing with all the different bright colors!

Oh, the skulls are great! I've never quite understood the fascination with sugar skulls (I know what they represent and all, just didn't get into them myself-- but then I'm across the Atlantic, with very little Mexican influence)- but those are awesome! I love the colours- I think playing with fun colours is my favourite part of stitching

I got a transfer pencil today - I got lots of patterns in another swap - I will be embroidering again more very soon.

Thanks on the transfer info, guys.  I have a transfer pencil right now that irons on, and it works fine, but it's just not as thin and precise as I'd like.

hello swappers. sorry i disappeared (no internet! work! school! life!) but ALL of the cases are awesome. i like that people chose different locations for their pieces or doing mismatched but coordinating sets. i adore embroidery swap galleries.
thanks so much for posting for me zhad, your pics are great! also, put on your jealous faces, she stitched on the softest bamboo pillow cases. they are straight up luxury. soft fabric and sequins! yay!

Just wanted to make sure I was correct on the status of the rest of our cases.

Need to see pics of missgabbielynn's that she received and if she has any pics of the cases she sent as her partner has no camera.

If mlookyloo still hasn't received by this coming monday, I'll whip up a couple more pillowcases. They won't be nearly as good as the ones I sent, but they will be pillowcases. STUPID POST.
