I received my last bird yesterday, so here are the final three (I had not gotten around to putting them up here yet!):

This bright little birdie is from Oh That ... I love the fabrics.


A lovely little bird from an old Finnish-Swedish dictionary, with poetic writing by Foxlet. It is really beautiful, and just makes me smile when I read it. She also sent along an origami bird, and a version of this with a purple background so that I could choose which I liked best.


And my final arrival, Larry, from Babbetto. I so love Babs birds, and am very happy to now have one to call my own!

I am soooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooo jealous that I couldn't join in the birdie fun. Good thing I backed out though - hubby had a kidney biopsy 2 weeks ago and I've got out-of-town company 2 weeks this month and was injured in a slip-and-fall in March I still haven't totally recovered from. Sometimes Life really sucks. Hope I can get in on the next round!

Here are my latest two birds!!


The one on the left is from CatrinaU- This is such a pretty little fabric bird! It's in the same colors I'm about to paint a new dresser for my upcoming craft room, which is awesome!
To the right is from Ma Rut- a beautiful wooden bird, with newspaper, paints and ink. I love it!

I have been terrible about posting here but have just received my last bird, (unless Mangomerle surfaces).



Here are all my birds and I totally don't remember which one is from whom as I had to retrieve each and every one of them from under a pile of stuff my son just had to place there  . Sorry about the terrible quality, I guess when the sun goes down so goes the light quality, eh.

I was a bad swapper on another front as I had boxed up all five of my birds but didn't mean to send to Mangomerle yet as she hadn't gone green yet but managed to send it anyways. Teach me to pay attention...right.
