Okay so heres the deal.  I am a camp counselor and run the crafts activity.  This year we are doing felting.  The problem is I'm not sure how much wool to order.  And since I don't have a scale, It is proving to be a difficult task (I've only ever ordered for myself, and then I've never paid attention to the weight, just price LOL).  We have ~75 kids (ages 7-18) who will all be doing either a 2-D 8x10 "picture" OR a felted vessel- about 3-4 inches in diameter, and approx. 2.5 inches high.  Is 6.5 lbs  enough?  this is what I was thinking:

Two shades of each color total weighing(for each color family) .625lbs
Red, orange,yellow, green, blue, purple,
.625 lbs each  black, white
.5 lbs of each gold, bronze and silver

does that make sense?  hopefully!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!
