There must be plenty of us, London's bloody huge. So why don't we know who the others are? Why don't we have regular meets to chat and craft?

A-hah! I know why! It's because I haven't pulled my finger out and done anything about it yet! But fear not, fellow denizens of the city that really never sleeps (as opposed to New York, which secretly dozes when it thinks nobody's looking) because HERE I AM!

[ahem] I think we should start by identifying ourselves and then try and organise a meet in a pub or cafe somewhere. *smiles sweetly* I'm Seph, and I'm Lewisham born and bred. A proper saarf-east Landhaner, then, though my accent these days is sadly mostly lost to the mists of time.

I'm so definitely interested in meeting to craft the hell out of London.

I'll be spending two weeks around the beginning of July in London and since all my friends are from other parts of England, I was going to ask here on craftster if there's someone in London willing to take me to a little craft-shop sightseeing and stuff in exchange for my gratefulness and typical Czech sweets .
And if you manage to form this "circle" by the time I'll be there, can I lurk around too?

Oh, I'm a Londoner. Wasn't born that way (I'm actually from Dorset) but I've been living in and out of the city for almost three years. Me and my boyfriend intend to find a more permanent dwelling around the docklands at the end of August.

After lurking around this website for a very long time, I've finally taken it upon myself to actually register! I've lived in London for a year- originally in Lewisham but I moved to Camberwell a week ago. A lot of my family are from Sarf Landan (we seem to gravitate towards it, completely coincidentally) but I was born and bred in Bristol.
