My Husband has been complaining that since I bought my embroidery machine I have only made things that he would never wear. So as a challenge I told him that I would digitize PipBoy from Fallout 3 the video game for him. I finished and he is so happy... now he cannot complain that I have not made anything for him. Next Challenge is digitizing The Thundercats.
Here is the Emblem:

Here he is wearing it.

Here he is being chased in the jungle by a tiger. Action Shot~!

That's so funny! My fiancee LOVES LOVES LOVES Fallout 3 right now... He has gone through the entire game and both expansions and is patiently waiting for the third (May 5). I wish I had a nifty embroidery machine! I would make him a lovely t-shirt too!

that's a really cute embroidery... does the real character look like Tintin's older (and rounder) brother, or am i being delusional?

LOVE IT!  My husband just got me into playing Fallout3, and then our x-box got the red ring of death.  I may need to make some of my own Fallout 3 projects!  super clever idea.

I don't think so... I do not know the story behind Fallout, I would have to ask my husband for any details. He just asked me to digitize it and embroider it on a shirt. I can see the simularity though with TinTin. My husband's friends have been asking me to make them one too... I told them I would trade them for some more embroidery thread. LOL

ACK... the Ring of Death. We have had that happen to 3 of our XBox's. We were incredibly thankful that we bought warrenties for it. We are now on our 4th and haven't had any problems with it for 1 yr. Hopefully it will stay that way too.

I can send the file if anyone wants it... I just ask that anyone who does want it to PM me with their e-mail address and their format.

I love the design, and so will my hubby, but you have no idea how happy I am that that game is no longer in our lives!

I would have to agree... he is no longer playing this. Although he is playing other games that I now have to beg for his time.

Enjoy the embroidery... My hubby has given me more shirts to embroidery. I also finished his Thundercats... I will be posting that soon.

I see PipBoy bobble at me everyday.  My husband would die for this.  He ONLY WEARS GAMER/MUSIC SHIRTS. (wtf right?)

As for Thundercats....

I saw Juno twice when I was preggers, so when my water broke I screamed THUNDERCATS Ah-GO!!!!

even though thundercats were before my time, who doesn't love a people-cat.
