There are some seriously awesome packages you guys!!!  I am jealous of the knitted bags... I'm a beginning knitter and still struggling mightily with it.  Can't wait to see the rest of the packages!

Thanks so much Smiley  I have a blast making them, any colors really, and they all come out so rockin'  I have 4 of them just for myself out of varying colors...and I make one for almost every swap partner and/or have them requested to begin with!  Doing a personal swap for some IKEA fabric and made a pink and clear one for her, reminds me, gotta ship that out ASAP!

I received!  SkitzoLeezra did a fabulous job!  Such incredible sewing skills, perfect fabrics, even some kawaii stuff.  Yay!

Piccies:

First - the box.

You need to understand - I am in LOVE with a Japanese cartoon named Afro-Ken.  He's a dog with a big afro...um.  So, yeah. Afro-Ken on the box!  So cute!

Next, everything together:

The fabric on the purse is gorgeous - I love the colors.  All sorts of fun stuff too.  Even some tabasco!  Yum!

mp-3 player pouch and a feminine product storage wallet.  (With lovely embroidery inside!)

And a kawaii phone pouch and an Afro-Ken lip balm cozy.

(Sorry about the blurriness - my camera didn't want to cooperate)

Check out these details!

The straps are made from upcycled men's suspenders, the buttons are vintage wood, held on with blue cat's eye beads!

Wow!  Lisa, you sure spoiled me!!!!!!!!!!  Thank you so very much for being such a great swap partner!

(Just ignore the Rosarita and stuff on the table - we went to Costco tonight, and I didn't want to wait to put everything away.  Grin )

I just received from MelMakesPretty.  Prepare to be blown away!
First up, the amazing purse:

I love the colors, the shape, the size, the cute hidden pockets on the front, everything!!
Here is the inside.

She also made me an adorable tote:

I've been wanting one for trips to the library and to bring snacks to the park for the kids.  Mel the mind reader Wink

Next up ... accessories and extras!

I got an mp3 cozy (fits perfect), the most fantastic wire wrapped butterfly earrings, a notebook with cover and beautiful beaded butterfly, a zipper pouch with another stunning beaded butterfly, a cute multicolored pen, and 2 erasers (or rubbers, if you prefer, hehe).  I barely got a pic of them before the kids snatched them away.

I don't want to overload with too many large pics, so here are some clickable thumbs.
- Close up of the earrings, on the adorable stamped display and in my ear.
- Check out the bead work!
And one just to show how well the mp3 player fits -

You nailed my style perfectly!  The colors, the shapes/sizes, the butterflies, sparklies... everything!  Thank you so much for such a wonderful package and for being such a fantastic swap partner!!
And thank you Stitch81 foe being an amazing organizer.  Grin
