I never did tell you congrats too Bella! How is that sweet baby???

& Yes, here's to a fast recovery for both of your ladies Cyndi!! It sounds like they are already doing better. Can't ask for more than that!

Lots of love, all around to my spinny ladies! Wink Wink  Grin You're all making me have baby cravings. There's nothing like that little soft fuzzy head or that little sweet back of a baby neck to snuzzle. I miss that so much!!! I am enjoying the toddler phase though, it's so fun. Smiley

Babies, babies everywhere! Grats Bella! Grats MLF!

You're giving me the baby cravings too! I need to go find a baby to borrow for a few hours...a warm, soft, fuzzy little head to kiss or those adorable chunky little legs that make you want to squish 'em! What is it about babies that makes us want to squish them and just eat them up? lol   Cheesy

More pics of the little cuties!

Thanks Ladies!
okay so, Josephine Jada (we call her Josie, but she will grow up one day, hence the full name Josephine, incase she wants to be a lawyer or something)  January 4, 4:02pm, 8lbs 14oz, 21 3/4 inches (yeah, shes Loooooooooooooong)  She has piano hands (YAY!!!!) and the most beautiful fingernails.
Delivery was pie, elective c-section.  worst part is the recovery (i say 'is' because I'm still feeling the effects of being cut in half lol)
here she is a few days old:

She's a stubborn little monster(and thats a term of endearment around here.. she's wonderful) and refused to breastfeed  Cry  She lost nearly a pound in her first week and didn't gain any weight in the second week, so we had to put her on the bottle... she just wasn't getting it.  makes me super sad. I am happy to hear your little grandaughter is breastfeeding, MLF,  even after such a rough entry into the world.

Bella, she's beautiful!!!  Josephine is the name DD wanted (after her G-Grandmother) but her boyfriend said NO.  So she combined the names of her best friends (Kristin & Britany) and came up with Kristany.

(I personally like Josephine better .... if my last child was a  daughtr, she would have been Josie instead of Mike)

I got to hold Kristany for the first time this morning .... it was Wonderful!!!

She is having her spinal tap this morning to make sure she has no infection in her spinal fluids.

Prayers would be greatly appreciated!!

I wanted Josie to be Claire, but that didn't fly with my husband. :/  So I sat in my room at the hospital staring at her for 3 days going through a baby name book.  Josie popped out at me in the list of shortened versions under Josephine.  So thats how she got her name... It also happens to be the feminine form of my BIL's name, so he said thanks Smiley lol   She was also nearly Jada Jane, but a close friend of mine named her last one Matilda Jayne, and our fiirst two already share a middle name (James) And it felt to much like I would be copying her... so Josephine Jada it is Cheesy

Hope your girls test came back clear!

It did!!!  Praise the Lord!!

DD & Kristany are catching up on bonding.  She was able to express her colostrum and milk to give to Kristany.  Last night they started nursing and are learning together.

Josephine Jada ... what a pretty name!!

Thanks Freestyle!  They should go home Wednesday.  We'll spend another week to 10 days here, then I'll take them back to the homestead for a few weeks so her old friends can meet Kristany.

I'm finally going to be able to join in on Fiber Fridays. Cheesy I just ordered a Mother Marion spindle off Etsy, and I'm impatiently waiting its arrival. (Also purchased almost 2lb of various fibers. EXCITEMENT.) I <3 tax time. I get to indulge in things. lol
