I saw these floating around, and I was like, you know what, Kermit-colored yarn? Lets do this.





Was not actually delicious.



I'm a hand model.

So, I basically just chained 6, joined with a slip stitch, then half-double crocheted in the round until the link was around 8 inches long. Then I slip-stitched it together, and proceeded to do the same with about ten or eleven of those guys. I used worsted weight silk/wool blend + an H hook.

A quick project. Easy peasy. And really dynamic looking. My coworkers enjoyed it and I got a bunch of compliments on it at the weirdo head shop by work. (No, I did not buy a bong.)

I did a knit version of this for a girlfriend's Xmas present.  Nice to see a crochet version!

Neato frito! I love the color choice! The only chain scarves I have ever seen are black or gray, so a nice Jim Henson inspired hue is a nice change of pace. Great job!
