I need help... if anyone knows of any patterns for an 18 inch doll, I could really use the help!

I'm trying to make a doll for my friend based on her character Raphael. http://usera.imagecave.com/Angel-Julie/Plushies_OC_Ref/Raphael.jpg

I have the doll made:

But the clothes are giving me trouble... Specifically the boots and the coat... The gloves are easy, the shirt and pants I have patterns for, the belt I am making out of leather, clay and paint. It is an 18 inch doll, here are the dimensions.
Doll Measurements: (these allows room for hemming, I make the measurements an inch or more bigger than the actual doll)
Neck: 9
Chest: 12
Arm: 10
Overarm: 15
Waist: 12
Hips: 12
Inseam: 7 inches
Height: 18 inches!

Arm Width: 6 inches
Leg width: 7 inches
Leg height: 9 inches.

I plan to make the boots and jacket out of suede and leather. Anyone who has any ideas for the boots, or a pattern for a jacket (does not have to be specifically this coat, I am more than willing to make edits! I just need something to start from... my last coat looked pretty bad. Sad) I would greatly appreshiate it!

Go here and see if there is anything you can adapt.

They have links to potter type capes and some boots and shoe tutorials. Good luck and post when you are done.

I have a split personality, because you guys crack me up.  AND The best day I ever had was TODAY!

You could go and look at the Poppet patterns. They are something to start from. There's a link in the patterns sticky thread in discussions and questions for toys.
