Aw! You're so cute in your little shorts! Rad shirt, too.

I really like the shorts. I want a pair for myself, preferably a bit shorter and in pretty blue/green/black. May I ask why you have a hanging spoon in the background? Props to a guy knitting tight shorts, then showing them off. It gave me something to think about for a minute...

It's my roommate's room. I had to take the photos in there because her room gets better light AND my room is currently a big mess.

She's an artist and she's been using a lot of spoons in her artwork lately.
Most are really awesome, others are really neat, some are weird, some are gross.

Haha these are so cute! The cable is a lovely detail. I must ask, was wool your intended fibre or was it just what you had lying around? It doesn't sound like it would be to comfortable against your bum.

The wool is intentional. It's pretty much all I knit with these days.
This wool gets softer after it's been blocked, so no complaints here!

The shorts you make are a great achievement. But, seriously dude, are you in love with your package or what? That is the first thing that pops out (no pun intended)!

But it's like a wonderful bonus! "Those are some nice knitted shorts. ...Oh look! I get to look at a dude's package, too!" I would spend far more time on Craftster than I already do if there were an abundance of package in every shot.

roflmao....   thats awesome!

But anyway, yes I love the cable.  These are again, great shorts.  keep making them and posting.  Also I'd like to see your hair now.  messy bed head or not.. if you have 1/2 a head of hair, half of it can be messy bed headish............ Wink

I like how you only put cable on one side.
Your haircut looks good too.

Haha looks like you've been swamped by a big crafty board full of females!  Cheesy

I love the asymmetry of the shorts that's created by the side cables. I agree with Stellaheartocean - I probably wouldn't knit these for myself in wool, but they'd look lovely in cotton too. My only question is: does the ribbing at the top hold them up, or did you have to sew/knit in elastic??

The crisp pages of a book of classic literature-the warmth of a bright sunny day-the aroma of coffee brewing in the morning-the security of a lover's hand-the nuzzling of a purring kitty cat - These are the things that I love. These are the things that inspire me. http://www.brittnikayne.etsy.com
