Last two! My camera is being finnicky so I was fighting with my parents' mac to get these up here. (explanation for poor quality photos)

"I still miss you every day"

"I wish my husband was more romantic. Sometimes I think all he wants from me is... sex."

Ive been formulating what I've been wanting to say to suicidal for a few days now...

Ive been where you are.  i mean, the precise secret.  more than once.  first it was my parents i was worried about, then my niece and nephew when i nannied for them.  then it was my husband.  and thats always been my biggest concern.

call the hopeline.  call 911.  call a friend.  if there's something particular, find someone that can help with that issue, like RAINN (Rape, abuse and incest hotline) or whatever relates to whats going on with you.  If its nothing in particular and general stuff, talk to someone.  in high school when i struggled, i had to go through a lot of therapy and it was painful and agonizing and i didnt think id ever get there.  but in college, i had PMDD (prementrual dysphoric disorder) and it was a college counselor who first noticed the pattern and now im able to manage it with birth control!  last year, it was after i was diagnosed with a chronic pain condition.

my point is, there can be things going on with you physically you may not be aware of.  there may be things that are easier to fix than you think and there may be things that are incredibly difficult to repair inside of you.  but you CANNOT give up.  seriously.  it gets so much better.  and it may not always be - i know i need to be on guard, both with my history and my chronic pain - so i know itll be a struggle again.  but the in between times, oh God, they make it worthwhile.

and, of course, the fact is that whoever youre scared of finding you obviously is someone who loves you, which means its a place to start.  even if theyre part of the problem.

you are who postsecret exists for.  theres a reason for that.  cause reaching out and letting someone show you that they care is a really brave and admirable thing to do.  now you just need to take the next step towards healing.  and remember that sometimes things get worse before they get better, but it really is worth it.  those of us who have sat where you are before know.  its not always easy, or even ever easy, but it is worthwhile.

I would rather use a public facility than use our toilet.
Not that it's grody, but our clients creep me out.

Back: :/ I know there's really no difference, but it creeps me out.

Back: I never meant to.  But I did.  Felt guilty at first but now, even though we are no longer together, I don't want him to know as it will ruin our friendship.  I know it was wrong but made me realize I was unhappy with him.
