I love needles

I spent a big portion of saturday sewing and fitting this dress, as I was supposed to go clubbing with a friend that night. She ended up canceling, but the dress turned out awesome.
I poked myself with pins so many times, it's not even funny. Well maybe it's a little funny. At least I didn't bleed on anything.
I started out with 4 rectangles like in the text tute for the green mini dress but my ribs are smaller than my hips so there was a lot of fitting involved and I did the top/sleeves way different, too.

Snazzy!!  Hope you get your chance to go clubbing soon, because that dress needs to be seen.  Awesome work!

It looks like it fits you perfectly! I love what you did with the sleeves and the neckline. How did you do that part, if you don't mind me asking?
