My sister wants to make cookies with butterscotch chips today, and I was wondering if anyone has any favorite recipes that call for chips.

Thank you ^o^

I love buterscotch chips... usually I just use a plain chocolate chip cookie recipe and substitute butterscotch chips... they're also really good with butterscotch and regular chocolate chips.

I'm going to go on an overnight drunk, and in 10 days I'm going to set out to find the shark that ate my friend and destroy it.  Possibly with dynamite.

scotcharoos are the mostest bestest treats in the world!  I make triple batches every Christmas season, and I can only make them during the holidays because I eat too many of them if they are around.  Mmmmmm scotcharoos...

mmmmm... i LOVE butterscotch chip oatmal cookies. I participated in a Christmas Cookie exchange last year and another participant made those and they were by far my fave!! Unfortunatly she didnt print out her recipe! Sad

I did a quick google search and came up with this recipe. Ive never tried it, so no guarantees of how good it is - but its just an example of what kind of cookie im talking about.

My favorite cookie recipe is the easiest in the world!!
1 box of yellow cake mix
1 cup of butterscotch chips
1 egg
1 stick of butter melted
1/2 cup of quick cook oats (basicly instant oatmeal) btw, you can leave it out if you need to

cook at 375 for 10-12 min or until the bottom edges are browning.
These are awesome

My most favorite of all are when you leave out the oats, and add coconut and 1/2 the chips, adding 1/2 a cup of milk choc chips, and 1/2 cup of chopped pecans, the you drizzle the tops with milk choc candy melt chocolate! So awesome!!!!
