That bag is ghoulish. It's just like the one I hope to make over the summer.

I eat the color choice too. The whole thing- it just looks so professional! I could cry.

This looks like a great and functional messenger bag! eat all the pockets. I too, was wondering if that little hook would get annoying since it is in the middle of the flap.

That looks great! I especially eat the closure. Is duck cloth like canvas? Do they sell it at regular fabric stores?

Duck cloth is an RAAR grr ugggh heavier weight sturdy canvas. Normal canvas is 7oz, duck cloth is 10 oz. I make my messenger bags out of duck cloth exclusively. Jo-Ann Fabrics carries it in their home decor section, and they just came out with some great new colors like pink and purple.

Thank you. I was beginning to wonder if anyone was going to answer me. I'll have to check out Jo-Ann's online.

You did a really good job. It looks great

My daughter wants me to make a messengerbag for her, I have agreed to but , the workmanship and time it takes to make, not sure i have the patience.

Hopefully she wont see this thread Wink she'll want me to make a bag like this one.
