OMG I love everyone's shirts & onesies! What a great swap.

I finally returned home from a visit with my parents & got to see my shirts & onesies from SpencerTwins2007 in person. The pictures did not do them justice - they are gorgeous & I love everything!

This is the onesie that SpencerTwins2007 didn't photograph:


And here's my son modeling. He's actually done some professional modeling, but you'd never know it from my pictures - I'm obviously not a professional photographer.






He was pretty much done with posing at this point...

Oh your welcome!!! He looks so cute with the little backback!!! I forgot to ask---did the frame make it to you in one piece? I was worried something would happen. We will definitly have to post action shots of the new little ones when they arrive!

WOW...everything is so amazing!!  Let me ask a question here...I see a lot of you used freezer paper stencils.  I did the same and I was expecting mine to stick to the fabric and it didn't.  Did yours stick??

Mine stuck great, which created very sharp edged images...
I used a medium heat iron, not hot, and it worked like a charm.

I used the freezer paper, and it stuck fine, too.  But I used a really hot iron.... it tended to buckle a bit, but I just ironed that part down, too.  I'll try a lower heat next time.

I used vinyl, like the kind you get to line your drawers and kitchen cabinets. I had some left over and I kept forgetting to buy freezer paper so that's what I used. Just peeled off the back and stuck it to the shirt. It worked very well. The only downside was cutting it got bothersome around detailed parts because the plastic would stretch instead of cut.

Thanks so much for the tips.  I realized after I read your replies that I used wax paper.  Duh.    No wonder it wouldn't stick!!! 


PS...I know my partner received but she is having contractions so if she doesn't post her pics by tomorrow I will do it for her.

OK. Anyone with little girls (or likes girlie girl things) prepare to be jealous.  Just warning ya


First is a very cute embroidered Blue (from Blues Clues)!!  DP is obsessed with Blue (ever since a year or so ago when we were at the Mall of America, and a costumed Blue gave us a bunch of free ride wristbands).  I had him opening the package with me and he said, "Look, it's Cash."


Except for not being blue, there is a resemblence there (this is our English Pointer).


I believe this is a pleather patch (with embroidery too) of a cute girlie skull/butterfly.  No other baby will have this one!!


Ruffle-butt onesie!! I squeeled when I saw this one!  I like that the ruffles are really soft (not scratchy) and the heart with wings embriodery is too cute.


In northern MN/WI you have to have long sleeved onesies!! I looove the owl applique on this one.


This one will be called the pirate dress!  It's a onesie, and  it is just the cutest thing ever!  I love the sparkely girlie skull fabric.

Extra Time!!

Breastfeeding in public is not a crime.  This one is so awesome!


Nursing pads!! There is one more pair that is being put to use and didn't make it to the photoshoot.  These are soooo much softer and less irritating then the store bought ones that I had gotten.


Cloth diapers!!! I am so very lucky to have gotten Jessica as a partner.  My baby shower is this weekend, and everyone looks at me like an alien when they found out I would be cd-ing.  These ones are so pretty!!


And matching pants!! Can you believe she made these?? They're so perfect!


A repurposed tote (out of an Old Navy tank).  I thought this was just a random tank until I was showing my mom all the goods, and she was like, "Why is the bottom of this sewn up?"  Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.  I get it


Last but not least (and I think one of my favorite things) a nursing cover with the same awesome girlie sparkley skull fabric!!! I just love this so much, and it is so professionally sewn!

And our little girl won't be making her arrival for another couple of months (so no action shots as of yet), so here is a belly pic with Cash and "his" baby.  (He felt the baby kick before DP ever did!)

Love the owl fabric, I've gone back to JoAnn's twice to get more of that same fabric!  (The munchkin has diapers in that print)  I love the ruffle butt!!  How cute!!  Nice work on everything.
