I'm not sure how widely reported the French Fishermans' activities on the North coast of France are, but I was unfortunate enough to get caught up in it yesterday (for 9 hours!). I decided to embroider something small to pass the time.
So I chose the tower in Sissinghurst Castle Gardens.

For scale:

It is far from perfect.  The tower should have a lot more detail and shouldn't be that horrible colour (a lesson learned in blending threads!).  However, under the circumstances I am relatively happy with it.  I hope it is of some interest.

A little bit of information on Sissinghurst.

Perfect or not, I think it's a neat little project that turned out well Smiley
For just passing time, you did a really good job!

Please excuse the immaturity.

It's very cute and I agree, what a wonderful way to past the time.
