One day, when I was at Superstore, I found these ankle socks that had little pom poms doo-dads on the ankle that looked like Scrabble tiles. Of course, I bought them because they were really, really cute. They inspired me to make this pillow!

The "L" is stencilled on with acrylic paint. I used freezer paper. I just love freezer paper.

There were pictures here but I took them off because of the old-ness of this post. If you still want to see, PM me and let me know.

So there you have it, I am proud of myself! Smiley
I might make some for other people too, for birthdays and what not.
But it's super easy to do!

That is cool!!! If you made enough you could play a really big version of scrabble. Where you could write your own rules so you could incorate pillows fights into the game (like a penalty for challenging a word). Embarrassed

Lol, that would be funny, and a good idea, but it would take forever!!! There is a lot of tiles involved in that game.

I think  you should make at least enough of these to spell your name - these are way cute!!

Or you could make randome ones and line them up on the futon like it was the tile tray... Smiley

Yeah, I would definitely like to see them used to spell out something simple.  Very cute idea!
You could actually make a futon cover that looks like a scrabble board.  Talk about a fun room concept!
