I made this for a swap in December, but it never really occurred to me that I could post it for other people to see! The pattern came from the Caron site and I used Caron simply soft. It almost had a sheen to it. And it really was soft!

It looks like it's sagging off the dress form, but it actually is an off-the-shoulder style. I think it probably makes more sense on an actual person.

Good job!

Do you have a link to the pattern?  All I can find on the Caron site is the Pineapple Shawl, and while pretty, that's not it.   Smiley

Wow the airiness of it makes it perfect for spring and summer nights....or even warming up after a dip! I love it, and excellent job...I haven't tackled a worn garment yet but I got a couple tanks and stuff in my project list. Cheesy

Thanks, everybody!

Kixeldorado -- I found the link for you: http://naturallycaron.com/projects/aqua_aloha/aqua_aloha_1.html For some reason, they call it Aqua Aloha Top. Um... pretty sure it's beige in the picture. ha. Oh well! But the photo shows better how to wear it. The pattern has a lot of writing; they probably could have simplified it. But, once you've completed the motif, you'll understand how the rest of it goes for the most part.

Wyked -- Yes, I really liked that it wasn't super dense and heavy-looking. I really liked how it turned out; I was almost sad to send it, even though it wasn't my size! haha So, thinking about making it for myself, too...  Grin
