love love love the ruffles and the bow on your hip!. my mom is making my dress too- it will have lots of ruffles in the back too- but mine is more 50's inspired. isn't it so much more fun to make a wedding dress (when you can keep adding stuff and taking away) rather  than buying one? In my opinion.
