You dip the butter biscuit (cookie, here in Texas) in CHOCOLATE MILK?? ?? ??
And it doesn't get soggy?? ??
And then you spread frosting on it?? (and it is not soggy?)

I'm having trouble picturing this...are butter biscuits impervious to liquids??
So sorry to have so many questions...please forgive me if I'm being a nuisance  Tongue

The bunnies are so cool!  Besides the bunnies, the next best thing is there is no baking...I am definitely going to try this soon!

They look great, but I'm with McJulie-O.  I would think they would be soggy biscuits.  Although, I've seen biscuits like these that didn't get soggy, no matter what you did to them.

I wrote this late at night so I don't know if I forgot to write that you only put them in the chocolate milk for 1 second! NO MORE! and you don't put the bottom one in chocolate milk so it doesn't stick to the plate. I guess you could also do it without the milk but then it would be a little harder to eat in the end. with the milk it has a more caky texture.

but you really have to use the right cookies! you can't make a Petit Beurre cake without Petit Beurre Wink
