I have the most amazing shirts from Ralph but my camera and PC are not speaking to each other, honestly I could cry Sad  So I've asked Ralph if she has some shots to share with you all until I can get my 'issues' sorted.

Loving everyone's shirts, such a great variation. Smiley

Okay, so as promised here are the shirts I sent to Tazzel.

The Pirate shirt:

And the second: I found out she likes Torchwood so my sister came up with this slogan:

I had heaps of fun making them, despite the extreme crafters block and the begining of the swap, glad you liked them Tazzel.

Thanks! The bamboo is entirely embroidered.

Thats some really great work! I did a kind of emroidery thing on my shirt, but the insides are SOOOO messyyyy, I've never done anything like it before though so  Embarrassed forgive me! lol

Thats a cool shirt too you got, butterfly. I really like the back! I think a lot of people forget about the back.. Wink

AND the pirate t'shirts! How rockin'! I wonder if it is done in freezer paper.. ( it's so elusive where i live) Smiley Anything with Johnny Depp is going to be HOT HOT HOT HOT!!! <3

I used clear contact for my stencils, I'm not sure what its called in places other than AUS, It's a clear, self adhesive plastic book cover. It comes with a paper backing which is good for drawing out your stencil before cutting (cut on the paper side) then you peel off the backing, stick it to the shirt and stencil. Be sure to buy a good quality brand though, because if you don't get a good bond you will get bleeding, also the cheaper brands tend to tear easily.

Ohhh yes contact, of course! Cheesy What a good idea! Although you wouldnt be able to reuse the stencil again would you?
I think the freezer paper you can iron over it and reuse it a few times and still have a good bond Smiley I've never properly tried stenciling but I never thought of contact, how sexy! Cheesy I am planning on doing it soon, I didnt have the guts to do it for this swap though.. stiches are reversable haha
