Where does the time go?   We need to start planning the April meet up.  My only request is that we not meet  Saturday the 23rd.  Passover starts at sundown and I have oodles to do for that night.

This month we can get the details on Chris' visit down under and try to convince Laura to bring some of her new spring designs for us to oh and ah over in person.

I'm back from MI and can't wait to finally get in on the fun and meet everyone!  I'll be watching this topic like a hawk to make sure I don't miss the meet up.  Where have you all been meeting?  and they're usually on Saturday, right?  I can't wait to finally get to go and not have to be at work instead.

Suggest a date! What is everyone's availability on either Saturyday morning of the 9th or 16th? I'm good on both days thus far.

Okey doke, I am on board for the 16th too.  We'll see what's shaking with goddess.  I'll even throw in a bag of grade A Costa Rican coffe direct from the land of pura vida itself as an incentive.  Mmmmmm.

Hi all!
Is there anyone in Chandler going to the meeting who wouldn't mind if I tagged along and got a ride from them?  I'd really appreciate anyone who might be able to pick me up.  PM me or whatever to let me know.  Thanks so much!

So here is my suggestion to avoid the usual round of deliberations that go with our monthly meet ups.  I suggest that on even numbered months like Feb (2) and Apr (4) we meet the second Saturday of the month.  On odd numbered months such as Jan (1) and Mar (3) we meet the third Saturday of the month.

Let the deliberations begin.

I don't know about the future ones, but for this month, I'm good for the 16th at 10am at Coffee Talk!

Hi AZ Craftsters,

I'm sorry I can't make it today - I'm SICK.  Cry    Unless I have a miraculous recovery I'll have to miss our meeting.  Have fun.

Hope you are both feeling better, Bonnie and Laura, we missed you. It was hard but we managed to have a little fun without you. Here's the rundown of projects and craftsters!

Chris modeled her glass bead braclet and earrings and her multicolored, multipatterned vest that I remember she was starting from the Feb meetup.
Denise brought beginnings of a denim bag and a knitted yet-to-be-identified-possibly-a-belt project!
Illana (sp?) had "koolaid" dyed her own yarn and was knitting up some guage swatches and some toe-up pattern striped socks.
Tina brought her ribbon scarf, some fun bags, and photos of her wedding dress. She dashed off toward the end to make a cape for a professional event later in the evening.
Stephanie knitted on a lacy patterned shawl in violet.
I brought some crochet granny squares but couldn't  remember how to do a  half double crochet so I mostly just talked and learned about new methods of how you all are crafting.

I had alot of fun and hope to see everyone and more next time!

I have to second what Tina said -  fantastic seeing you guys and all the cool crafts - it just keeps getting me more interested in yet more crafts!

*sigh* the good news is that silly shawl is almost done...so I'll be able to work on something else soon! (it's a test knit so I've been working on it exclusively of late)  I can't wait!!

Missed you Laura and Bonnie! Hope you guys have made for swift recoveries!

The 30th?  Is there one?  Wow!  I am soooo out of it.

I started a spring cleaning that is serious.........I am de-cluttering and simplifying.  When did I get so much damn junk??  I ramble.....

I know what you mean about all this clutter... I have to clean out my project room, I mean, my guest room so my dad can stay there for the next couple of months on a working vacation. It's a big job to declutter that room and bundle all pieces of unfinished projects together so I can eventually finish them. Then to get it into guest room condition... that's another project!

Are you really going to meet the 30th? If so I'll try to make it.
