This is my favourite fried rice, probably because I love pineapple in any sort of cooking Cheesy  It's fairly easy and doesn't cost much, way better than ordering in restaurant (since you never know if they recycle the pineapple shell!!)

All you need is a pineapple, rice, ham (or any preferred meat), egg, curry powder and fish sauce.  You can skip the rest of the seasoning if you want to keep it simple.
