But, I can't find any pattern for making it.

It was on a blog and called
 "Surplus Bodice Camisole_elann Callista"

I think I would make a long chain insead of the ribbon.

I think the pattern comes from a book called "Knitting Lingerie Style" by Joan McGowan-Michael.  Hope that helps!

It is indeed from "knitting lingerie style"  I own the book and made this shirt from it.  It was a pretty easy pattern to make and it's really cute.  I usually wear mine over a plain color button up shirt.

Thanks!
I put it in google and only came with the original blog, and posts from someone making it who got bogged down (apparently it's made in two pieces and sewn together? I don't know why, with crochet you can just pick up and do it directly. LIke the lace part around the bottom)

Now I'm wondering if it's KNIT?

I put "crochet patterns lacey tops" (or camisoles, or something) in google, so I just asumed it was crochet.

It is adorable and I can picture it over a shirt.

It's definitely knit.. Here's the Ravelry link for it.

The top part is knit in three pieces.. the two pieces for the front, and the top back.  Those are sewn together and then stitches are picked up along the bottom of that for the lacy part.
