Pacman Magnets.

I saw a photo someone had made of these online a few weeks ago and thought it was a cute and useful way to use up some of my perler beads.  I didn't have any true red beads left and figured I would just make the ghosts whatever color I wanted.  Here's the completed shot:



I forgot to put lipstick on Ms. Pacman and didn't realize it until I had already ironed her.  Oh well, next time I'll do it right.  I used E6000 glue to secure the magnets on.  The magnets I bought at Joann's for about $1.50 for 10.  Here's the magnet back:

These went a lot faster than the Mario Coasters and I figure I could make up a few more sets and give them to people as housewarming gifts or hostess presents.

These are great!  I've been working with perler beads lately actually, making mario and zelda coasters for three of the guys in my life who have a birthday this month.  You've made me want to do these too!  I will as soon as I have finished the coasters.

I used to have one of those sets. I wonder what happened to it? It’s probably another thing that got eaten by the move. These are so cute.

i have to say, they rock. those beads are just making a comeback in cool i think. but i also think they never really fell out of style!
