I love trees, and this is so beautiful. Thank you for your description of the design process, too. I've made a couple of wire trees in the past, but the construction was from the bottom up and did not work out so well. Your way results in a much more organic look...espeically in the close up. The wires all twist together and seem to mimic the natural knots and whorls on a tree.

I think most people that do wire trees work from the trunk up, but I found someone who did it the opposite way and I ran with the idea. I find it a really fascinating process and I love to talk to other people who create things like this. Smiley
