Last Easter, My grandma sent me a little booklet from a magazine she had. I made this pie to take over to my fiancee's parents' house today and thought I'd share.

You will need:
2 packages of the 4 serving per pack of sugarfree jello (any flavor)
ice cubes
1 1/2 cups of boiling water water
1/2 cup of cold water
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 8 oz. tub of fat-free cool whip
2 medium-sized bowls

Steps:
1. pour both packages of the jello into 1 bowl
2. stir in boiling water until jello is dissolved
3. add enough ice cubes to make the 1/2 cup of water rise to the 1 1/2 cup mark, add to gelatin. Stir until icecubes are completely dissolved.
4. Remove 2 cups of the gelatin, place in a small bowl and refrigerate for 5 minutes
5. Meanwhile, using the leftover gelatin (the bowl you didn't refrigerate), add 2 cups of the cool whip to it. Stir with wire whisk until thoroughly combined. I had only a negligent amount of cool whip leftover and just threw it away.
6. Take the other bowl of gelatin out of the fridge and spoon into the pie crust.
7. Put both the pie crust that now has gelatin in it and the bowl with the cool whip mixture in it into the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
8. Take both out and carefully spoon cool whip mixture on top of the gelatin in the pie crust
9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving, serves 8.
