I need opinions on jewelry bags. I am not sure which to buy! I want my wares to look as appealing and professional. The jewelry will be placed in these after purchase.

The choices are:

Organza bags- going with brown and baby blue

Silk bags- brown and baby blue

Velvet- ivory, white, or black

I think Organza bags would be your best bet. I recently received some bails from ebay and they had them in a pink organza bag that had gold foil hearts. It was adorable. There are a ton of patterns too.

Here's what I do.  I bought foam sheets that are 4x6, folded them making sure that there is enough to make a flap.  I use hot glue to connect the sides, punch a hole in the top flap with a regular hole punch, hot glue a bead that is large enough to hold the flap closed.  They could probably have other decorations put on them.  Anyway, one "cushioned gift envelope" cost me about 2 cents to make. Just a suggestion.
