These are just simple round ripple blankets using Bernat Baby Coordinates:

As you can see, they're very different from one another... ^_-

On the first one I started with two strands of pink, then gradually shifted through the colours of the rainbow until I got to pink again.  The second one started with two strands of peach and proceeded in the same way.

I finished them both off with a round of backward sc (One in each dc, three in the corner-point spaces), which ended up being a lot nicer than I'd hoped!

An easy enough pattern, but hoo-boy, were there ever a lot of ends to weave in! Yikes!

i hate having a ton of ends to weave in, too. it's like "AHH! where are they all coming from?!" haha.

I am taking a break from swaps for a while.  I am not accepting any personal swaps at this time until around Christmas time.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Lovely!  Cheesy I recently finished a 5-color ripple that reminded why I usually make afghans with a single color (or a variegated yarn) - I hate those ends!

I was able to crochet over the ends somewhat as the blanket got bigger (I didn't want the different colours to show through where they weren't wanted!), but still... I'd say there were at least two dozen ends in all.

I'll probably make some more of these, too, which is clearly a sign of insanity.

I love both your round ripples. The rainbow colors are beautiful. I recently got a RR pattern and am working on my 2nd blanket now. They are so much fun to do.
