Sure! First, get some plain black yarn, some black eyelash yarn, a 2" styrofoam ball (try to get one with a smooth surface, the rough ones make it difficult to put in later) and a 4.5mm crochet hook. I hope you know how to crochet, coz it's going to be mostly abbreviations from here on.
Also, eyelash yarn is a pain in the butt to work with, but probably less of a pain than trying to sew tiny little things with fun fur. Making the first round with plain yarn makes things a little easier.

With the plain yarn, make one large stitch, ch 1, 5 sc into the large st, and join with sl st to the ch 1. Join the eyelash yarn.
Ch 1, sc in same st, *2 sc in next st* repeat to end, join(12 st).
Ch 1, *2 sc in next st, 1 sc in next st* repeat to end, join (18).
Two rows even.
Ch 1, 1 sc, *2 sc in next st, 1 sc in each of next 2 st* repeat to end, join (24).
Three rows even.
Ch 1, 1 sc, *crochet 2 together, 1 sc in each of next 2 st* repeat to end, join (18).

At about this point, turn the piece inside out, so the side you're working on faces the inside, and insert the styrofoam ball. The wrong side tends to be fuzzier than the right side. Continue working with the right side facing in.

Two rows even.
Ch 1, *crochet 2 together, 1 sc in next st* repeat to end, join (12).
*Crochet 2 together* repeat to end, join (6).
Draw a loop through each of the remaining sts, and draw another loop through all the loops. Cut the yarn, pass the end through the final loop and knot.

Pull the end inside by inserting the hook somewhere and coming back up near the closure, catch the end, and pull inside. Cut off any extra.

Add eyes. Mine are just circles of felt sewed on, with a flat black sequin glued to the middle of the pupil for a bit of sparkle. Center the eyes on each side of the little bald spot where you started.

Good luck!

And I thought to myself how the moon
That night, cast its light
On my heart's true delight
