I was at the bar partying and I forgot how hot it gets LOL. I wanted to put up my hair but I wanted it to look awesome. So I tried putting it up in a bun. My hair is JUST long enough to do that so it was a mess. I figured I would make something to cover it. Then I was thinking how can I make it so it doesn't pop off? Hair clip. So that is how this project was born. I wanted to spice it up so I hot glued flowers onto a hair comb so I could switch out the hair combs if I wanted a change. You could just hot glue the flowers to the hair clip if you wanted something more permanent. ok enough of my rambling LOL here are pics.

Note: it is extremely hard to take pics of the back of your own head LOL. You can see my daughter peeking in the shot LOL.

I really like the idea of the barrette added in. I made myself a couple of bun covers myself but I have to use hair pins to hold them in place. I also did one without an elastic band and just a tie .. but eh.. same problem.. needs hairpins.
