You are welcome! The Fabric is from Fabricland, they have quite a few Wizard of Oz inspired fabrics!

Fabricland in Market mall?   I'll have to pop my head in there next time I'm through!  (ps, I used to live where you live... and boy do I miss it!)

If I recall correctly you live in the  buildings I wanted to live in, but there were none left, so I moved into a sister building

Just thought I'd share my first attempt at crochet from the new kit... 

It's a little rough, but a good start, right?


This is tonight's try.  I think it got a little better & easier.

Thanks!  I do think I like crochet better - it's like it's a more natural movement for me or something.  I love the sound of knitting needles, but I love the ease of using the hook.

thats exactly what I found too!  My hands cramp alot more when I knit as compared to crochet.  I'm glad I finally got my mom to show me how  LOL!
