You knew it was just a matter of time before a Final Fantasy Sackboy was made, right?

No, I didn't start with Cloud or Sephiroth. It turns out that my co-worker Michael D. prefers Reno, one of the Turks from Final Fantasy VII.

Reno's goggles are removable, and he will eventually have a black and silver staff to complete his outfit.

Okay, this is the coolest freaking thing I've ever seen. I don't know how to crochet, but this makes me want to learn ASAP. Do you have a certain pattern you used?

Also, my friend cosplays as Reno, and she flipped at this. I think she's in love with you. Haha.

LOL...thanks!  Grin

I make my dolls from a head, body, and leg pattern that I came up with myself and basic hands from RichmondArt's Crochet Sackboy pattern on Etsy.

All additional modifications, hair, accessories, clothing, etc. are usually done on the fly without patterns.

His hair was similar to the Feegle Sackboy I did for the Discworld swap, but with more fullness on the top and sides. Sometimes I wonder if I should get a basic haircutting lesson from my stylist since I'm doing so many yarny hairdos nowadays!
