I love your idea of a headband visor. Your tute was awesomely explained and the photos were great. Your tried and true measurements should be a one size fits all. The fabrics are endless for this. Thanks for sharing.

great tut! can you tell me, though, did you put the cardboard IN the bill? I wasn't quite clear on that part. I love this idea. I don't really care for hats and LOVE bandanas but I tend to get migraines due to the light and this would be a great way to cover my eyes without having to wear an ugly hat!
