So I love buttons! When I heard about this challenge I knew I had to enter. This is my first entry...Enjoy!

I have had a bunch of syrofoam tree forms sitting in my craft room. I thought I needed to do something with them. So by using styrofoam, paint, pins and buttons this is what I came up with...and just in time for Easter! Oh yes, and of course a little egg on top. Here are pictures of the ones I have created!

Here are the pictures for my button trees. There are three different ones. Two yellow and one pink. I took some close up shots too just so you can see the detail of the buttons and pins!

when I first saw them, I thought somebody had melted lampwork beads into a sculpture!  I love them!  They would be great to brighten up a room. Smiley

the pretty way you pinned the buttons on would be great for storing buttons too! You just pin them into a fabric-covered styrofoam board and put it up on the wall in the sewing or craft room, and then you can see all the buttons at once and unpin the one you want! what a great idea, i just love the way they stack up in all the pretty colors.
