This is hilliarious.  Can we start a support group from those blinded by the background?

Perhaps a shade of vivid green shag would be more pleasing.  Hmm.

I really wanted to post a fake whiny, tantrum-filled I-HATE-MACRAME-AND-THIS-LAYOUT post, but I am just too amused ... Cheesy

My place is usually tidier than this.

That is one sweeeeeeeeet man-vest.  Yummy.  I told that Special Someone that I know, that I would be making one for him.  The look of fear in his eyes was precious!

Don't listen to the haters, Leah!!!

I am glad MacrameNet.net has the courage to make this revolutionary change for the better, and I will follow suit.

Later today, I am going to sell ALL of my crafting gear that is not macrame-related (beads smaller than 1" diameter, yarn that isn't heavy acrylic or hemp, anything that isn't avacado, beige, orange, or yellow in color, etc.)

I **hope** there are people out there still un-hip enough to bid on all my old supplies Roll Eyes, but I have a feeling it won't be easy unloading my paints, fabric stash, bead collection, and sewing equipment Sad Sad Oh well. Needless to say I will use any proceeds from my sales to purchase some macrame owl patterns. I think The staring, cold plastic eyes of dozens of macrame owls will lend my room a peaceful aura.

Can't wait to get started! Off to practice my knots.

Don't get rid of those just yet - we're planning tutorials to help you make the transition to macrame, featuring cross-overs with all of your old favorites. You'd be amazed at what you can do with macrame and beads! Or maybe your favorite clutch needs a macrame shoulder strap?
