I have way more bubble wrap than I could ever use for packing and the kids could ever use for bubble wrap painting. We own an auto body shop and get all our parts shipped in bubble wrap. I have all sorts of size bubbles and what not. Any ideas of what could be done with them other than pop them till my fingers bleed?

Make a mobile?
Depending on the size of the bubbles, cut around single ones or a group of them, then carefully with a nice, slit the backs of the bubbles open (I really don't advise popping them) and stuff them with things like little colored beads and sequins and stuff.  Then stick some clear tape over the back, put some thread through it and hang them all up together.
If you hang it by a window, the beads catch the light in the bubbles and they're very pretty.

They'd be great for a kid's bedroom (:

This isn't crafty, but still reusing... my local Shipping store takes bubble wrap to reuse, of you could post it for pick up on Craigslist or another similar site.

Have you seen those bubble wrap calendars? http://www.bubblecalendar.com/

You could make your own for gifts. I'm sure they have theirs trademarked so you couldn't sell any. You could make countdown calendars to special days... like 60 days to someone's birthday, for instance, or 30 days till school's out for summer, or count down to vacation. That could be fun. You could put a photo at the top, and you'd probably need to mark the start date on it.
