LOL
Me too. I remember saving up for my first cassette tape ever, in maybe '81. It made me feel mature to buy the most modern technology.  Tongue

Yeah, those were sooo new and different.
And one of my first tapes (Styx, I think) had an extra song that wasn't included on the LP. OOOoooooo.

I remember feeling guilty because I was the only one in 5th grade with the 'new' New Kids On The Block cassette.  It was a birthday present from my Dad...but I didn't want the other kids thinking I was 'wealthy' for having it...so I kept it a secret until the other kids had their own after Christmas.   Tongue

My very first tape was such a gross color... but it was Michael Jackson...so back then it was all good...doing the moonwalk in the kitchen to his songs was the best!  Oh and how I loved the record single, "We Are The World."

Ohhh...memories.   Grin

How do you get them open? Do the clear ones open?

you can use the cassette cases to make cute picture frames, just stand them up like a frame and put a picture in.

You could use them as belt buckles????Someone on this site has done this with game controllers so you could use the same technique??OH and also you could just stick them onto bags, lamp shades etc but thats a bit boring!!Iwill try and find the link for the game controller belt for the instructions XxXxX
