for me, I would wear my hair up. However, sounds like your FH likes your long hair and I think maybe half up would be a good compromise. as for the flowers thing, I like it..here's what i found:

that photo is fantastic! Not sure that's quite the look I am going for, but it gives me ideas, which are nice to have Cheesy

I got married in August and I had hair half up. I loved it and dont remember being that hot. Biggest thing is know your hair if you loose curl easily then wear it up. You could also wear it half up for the ceramony and then pin the bottom up for the reception. A slightly diff look for the party. And I would have someone else pin the curls they can see things you cant. I had a friend do my hair and I had to wash it twice to get out the hairspray and curls but totally worth it.

Now the real question will be if I can find a friend who is any good at pinning hair Tongue this may well mean asking my mom to do my hair. Luckily she's a pretty good sport.
If I did indeed do two different hair styles then I could have the best of both worlds Cheesy I'll have to try some hair out over the long weekend, I think.

I love it with the flowers. I really like the idea of having half down for the wedding and all up for the receptions. Especially if that is how you are doing it with the last pics.

So many ideas so little time. Will I ever get them all done?

I'm glad others approve, I think I may be doing more or less what you see with the last couple pictures. Cheesy

I think that last photo is gorgeous! Smiley You and I have similar face/neck structures, so please don't think I'm creepy when I say the elegant updo calls attention to your lovely long neck. But the half-down is very nice as well. Smiley I don't think you can go wrong, you've got such pretty hair!

I'm gonna agree with the others on this one..I think half down for the ceremony and then put it all up for the reception. I LOVE the last pic...also I'll second Calliel and say that it does really call attention to your neck and its a beautiful one lol

Thanks Cheesy No creepiness taken from that statement Tongue I'm thinking I'm just going to see if it will work to do both, as I like the way both look.

aww, that's very kind ^^ and I think I might as well do both hair styles, so it's nice hearing more confirmation of that Smiley

The flowers look great, and I like the one in the last photo the best--so much so that I'm going to have to ask you how you did that and try it at home Smiley

I didn't do anything too fancy, just curled it and twisted the sides back to get the hair out of my face, then ticked and pinned the curls into the twisted-back hair. Sorry if my wording doesn't make sense, but I am not sure how else to say it.
