Im getting married in August, and being a craft geek, Ive started my favours already! Each guest gets a little pot with an origami flower in and a flag with their name on (to match the bunting!)  I've made 25 origami flowers ..95 to go! Here the pots have just been painted.. they were peat pots from the garden centre.. cheap as chips! My fiance is making shortbread biscuit hearts to lean up against each one.

Question is.. im not sure about the net sticking out from inside the pots.. take it or leave it?Huh  Undecided

I think I rather like the netting.  With it, the pots look like (very abstract) brides with veils.  The black ribbon crosses the "waist" and the pot is the wedding dress...  Does that makes sense?

Wow - I didn't see the bride but do now -- regardless, my vote was to keep the netting also. I like it

I would say it doesn't need the netting, but I am a fan of simple. Cute origami flowers either way!

Haha, as long as you don't think I'm crazy.
