Thanks!  I love that color combo, it's one of my favs (second only to pinks/browns)...

OMG!  So I don't know if you guys remember me complaining about how terrible my oven is and how I have been wanting a new one...well, we just ordered one!  YAY!  It should be here in 2 weeks!  I am beyond thrilled!

And I get to meet lapoli tomorrow and hang out with kitschkween again!  Talk about an awesome weekend!

I just hope next weekend will be half as good, we're going to a beer festival, so it should be fun!

I have been knitkknitknitting all weekend. I went to a 20s themed party last night and an outdoor electronica concert tonight, and THEN had to drive an hour home...I am bushed.
It is really funny how excited my guy friends and my boyf get about my knitting. My guy was bragging to one of his friends about how fast I knit mika's sweater and I could have melted from the cute. This afternoon my friend asked me what i was making and I told him it was a sleeve and tried it on and he was very impressed.
I appreciate people who are interested in my obsessions. haha

Zelda.Suicide wow, I'm doubly impressed by the scarf! It is knit and purled! my first scarf was only knit/garter stitch.

That scarf is really impressive, ZS! You did a super job.  Smiley

I am really, really tempted to re-join this next round, but I'm still having trouble crafting anything good right now. So I'll keep working my way through my house till inspiration strikes.

I spent the month doing taxes, bookkeeping and organizing. Finding an amazing amount of stuff to put up here. Watch all week as new things go up!

New, just one, get it while you can:

Handwoven lavender all cotton scarf --2pts
Handwoven by me, textured cotton, this is the last lavender scarf I have in stock. Selling for $45 on my web site, this last, lone one is yours for only 2 points. Makes a nice gift!

ZS, can I have your old one? LOL I haven't had a working oven in yearrrrs.

LxM, I totally feel ya. I wish people around here would be more interested in my fiber obsession. Although I suppose I can't complain, I'm officially an enabler Grin I'm teaching a few gals at my college how to crochet, and knit. and one of my friends wants to learn to spin!

I can't get over how adorable some little kids are. Yesterday I went to a fiber festival in Clermont NY. They were doing a sheep shearing demonstration and the guy was letting these wee little kids crank the hand cranked buzzer tool (thing?) it was super cute.

So I picked up a bag of cormo/corriedale raw fleece for 30 bucks. Might go outside after the sun cools off a bit to sort it. It was nearly 100 degrees yesterday!!! :O needless to say, I got sun burnt
