It was my almost nephew's 1st birthday and he is mad for elmo so i made him an elmo posse.

And for his uncle's birthday i created a rainbow jelly using lots of jelly and a silicone bunt cake pan. I managed to flip it over and it looked amazing. I wish i had taken proper photos. He's a pic of a slice of jelly someone took before eating it

I was so happy with the jelly. Blast me for not realising others might want to see it in all its doughnut shaped glory. The cupcakes were insanes sweet so elmo's head got cut in half quite a lot but they were yummy. Especially the marshmallow eyes and choc chip eyes
