Hello all, I have been hanging around here for the last few weeks and I have been very inspired!  Thank you for all of your creative energy- you guys are amazing!  So, here they are my first 3 messenger bags.  I have the feeling that I will be making a lot more.  (these are pretty basic)

Just cut and paste this into your browser - http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/nrsshasta1976/album?.dir=/a09e

First one is made of olive green canvas and lined in lime green and torquise plaid.  It has a kitty iron on- that my 6 year old daughter picked out.
Second one is made of brown drapes that i found at the thrift store- I lined it with brown floral print that I got at Jo-annes.  I put some glitter on the front-- I am thinking that I might still embellish with some sequins or beads???  What do you think?
Third one is actually not finished yet- it is made of corduroy patch work (I got the corduroy from the thrift store- in it's first life it was men's shirts Cool.  Still, have to add the strap.

me too!  Thanks-- and the best thing is that I have 3 more drapes-- and the drapes only cost me $1.25!  Goodness the thrift store rocks!

Incredibly cute!  I'll have to agree that the flowered one is da bomb, very impressive.
