I made these 45"x45" quilt tops from 5 charm packs of the wonderland line from Moda.

I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS LINE. Seriously. I can't quit buying it and I haven't completed a dang quilt or project with any of the fabrics yet.  My only complaint is there's too many damn scissors fabrics in the charm packs...but whatever. Smiley I want to get some more and make a couple bags.  Sorry.

Anywho, my friend, whoopdedoo_5 on here has been one of my BFFs since middle school and talked me into quilting. So here's my first 2 tops I've made with "fancy" designer fabric (aka non recycled fabric!).

I'm scared to death to quilt these because I swear I will ruin them.  I have an el cheapo singer, which works for what I usually use it for (reconstructing clothing, hemming, smaller projects and piecework)...but I doubt it will for quilting.  Can I "trick out" my machine to make it work?  I consulted carlafibers about this and am looking into it.

Anyway, without further ado, here are my tops. I like the 2nd one best and plan to keep that for myself.

I'd like to have it quilted with a floral/leaf pattern in a dark fuschia color. I've got the fuschia dotty fabric for a binding and the pink dotty fabric for another binding. I bought seafoam green and pink for the backing fabrics...just have to find a quiltress. Wink

Thanks for looking!

I love this line too. Here's a link to the quilt I made with the same fabric.

oooooh awesome! Funny story: I had just asked whoopdedoo_5 for a good coin stack pattern so I could do this line in a coin stack quilt!
