This looks so much fun! I've never done them before, but I'm itching for a new craft.  I just love the thought of a bunch of little art making it's way across the world mixing with others, making something else. Certainly doesn't hurt to see the galleries with all that crazy talent! Almost too much inspiration.....mus t craft something now......  Grin

I sent my PM.  Can't wait for more!!

I raided all kinds of sources for my inchies... online images, magazines, postcards.  I did try doodling a few but they weren't my favorite images, but I like the end piece (doodling with metallic gel pens on black paper, then putting a clear gloss over it)

I really wanted to use more words but printing them out or stalking them in print was a challenge.  I just carved an alphabet stamp set that I will use this round hopefully!

And a benefit of inchies is that they are so small, they are very forgiving.  "Mistakes" still have to fit in the 1x1 block, so by requirement, they are small "mistakes."

I bought a quilters' ruler for the inchies.  The ruler is transparent, one inch wide and 6 inches long.

I have never made inchies before but this looks like so much fun. What a shame that I'm in the middle of my final exams! I won't have time to do this. Will there be one more round? I just thought how lovely a frame of inchies would look in my new apartment Smiley I'll definitely keep an eye on this swap!

Actually I decided not to join any more swaps before exams are over. But this is so tempting... Have to sleep over it.

I fixed you profile.

I've made sixteen inchies so far. I think I'm going to make some fabric one for this round, I'm a bit scared to, I'm not very good sewing tiny things with my sewing machine, so I might do it by hand instead, which won't be much prettier.
