Does anyone here sell in craft shows in MA?

I can not for the life of me, figure out what exactly I need to sell in craft fairs for tax stuff? Can anyone help me/show me where to go? I am lost on the Dept. of Revenue site and an't get out!!! I've noticed a lot of craft fairs ask for a tax id number or tax certificate. Help!! Thank you!

Hi Amymisha,
You do need a state tax ID for MA.  I know the government website is not all that user friendly but I would start here:

You need to register as a new business. Let me know if that helps.
